General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Uganda’s Chief of Defence Forces and son of President Yoweri Museveni, has deleted a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter) in which he threatened opposition leader Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine. The National Unity Platform (NUP) has strengthened its political foothold in Mukono District after winning all five parliamentary seats in the 2026 general elections.
