Breaking News: Hormisdallen Schools Proprietor Kizito Mukalazi Passes Away.

The education fraternity in Uganda has been thrown into mourning following the death of Kizito Mukalazi, the proprietor and director of Hormisdallen Schools.

Mukalazi, who was widely known for his contribution to the growth of private education in Uganda, passed away, according to information shared by close family members. Details surrounding the cause of death had not yet been made public by press time.

As the founder and director of Hormisdallen Schools, Mukalazi built one of Uganda’s recognized private school brands, shaping the education journey of thousands of learners over the years. His leadership and commitment to academic excellence made the institution a respected name among parents and education stakeholders.

Friends, former students, parents, and members of the education community have started sending condolence messages, describing him as a visionary educationist, mentor, and a man dedicated to nurturing young minds.

Many described him as a disciplined administrator whose passion for education extended beyond the classroom, helping transform the lives of many children and families through accessible and quality learning opportunities.

His death marks a significant loss not only to Hormisdallen Schools but also to Uganda’s wider education sector, where he was regarded as one of the pioneers of modern private schooling.

Several education leaders and well-wishers have expressed sadness over the news, noting that his legacy will remain visible through the generations of students who passed through his institutions.

By the time of publishing this story, the family had not yet released official details regarding burial and funeral arrangements, saying communication on the same would be made in due course.

The management of Hormisdallen Schools is also expected to release an official statement regarding the passing of their director and proprietor.
