The media fraternity and viewers of BBS Terefayina are mourning the sudden death of veteran presenter Joseph Sseruwooza, who passed away at around 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026.
According to information shared by family members and close associates, the celebrated broadcaster succumbed to complications arising from an ulcer operation that reportedly failed.
Sseruwooza was widely known for hosting the popular daily morning program, Zuukuka N’ensonga, on Buganda Kingdom’s BBS Terefayina. He earned praise for his insightful discussions, sharp political analysis, and dedication to educating and informing the public.
